Minimum Commitment:

Customers must pre-pay for a minimum of 4 hours of online one-on-one tutoring at the discounted rate of $49 per hour.

Cancellations:

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged.

Non-Refundable:

Pre-paid hours are non-refundable but can be transferred to an immediate family member.

Here is what the offer will look like:

$49 hourly rate for one-on-one personalised tutoring (on-line), and includes the following additional benefits:

  • Access to our assessment centre allowing for students to run their own numeracy and literacy assessments when they want to track progress
  • Learning style assessment done prior to tutor match to ensure students are matched with the best tutor possible
  • Sessional report conducted after each tutoring session and emailed to families to monitor progress
  • Supplementary homework provided if required to boost learning outcomes
